2025年6月上旬に白瀧酒造の醸造蔵の隣に「 shop & taproom《Flow》」がオープン予定です。
ショップ、試飲カウンター、体験型ラウンジを備えた新しい日本酒体験の拠点として、ただいま準備を進めております。

Just a five-minute walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station, “ shop & taproom《Flow》” is set to open in June 2025. This contemporary sake hub will feature a retail shop, a taproom, and a premium sake experience lounge, located right next to Shirataki Sake Brewery—renowned for its signature brand, Jozen Mizuno Gotoshi – go with the flow.
Shirataki Sake Brewery traces its roots back to 1855, when founder Tosuke Minatoya began brewing sake in Yuzawa, a town nestled at the base of the mountain range between Tokyo and the Sea of Japan. Surrounded by nature and blessed with the pure water of melted snow, his goal was to offer travelers sake made in harmony with the land.
In 2025, we are bringing together 170 years of tradition with a modern, evolving spirit. This new space will welcome guests from around the world to experience sake in a way that’s fresh, free, and full of diversity.
越後湯沢駅から徒歩5分。「上善如水」で知られる白瀧酒造の醸造蔵の隣に、ショップ・試飲コーナー・酒蔵体験ラウンジを備えた、新しい日本酒体験の発信拠点「 shop & taproom《Flow》」が、2025年6月にオープンします。
白瀧酒造は、1855年に湊屋藤助が、東京と日本海を結ぶ山脈の麓に位置する湯沢の地で、雪解け水に恵まれた自然環境の中、旅人や商人をもてなすために酒造りを始めたことが起源とされています。
それから170年。長い歴史の中で受け継がれてきた伝統と、進化を追い求めて生まれた現代的なスタイルを融合させ、訪れる人びとに自由と多様性に満ちた新しい日本酒体験をご提供します。
